Fees & Insurance
We believe in transparent pricing and accessible care. Below you will find information regarding session costs, insurance coverage, and our financial policies.
Session Fees
Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. Fees vary depending on the type of session. Standard individual therapy sessions are $150 per session. Initial intake appointments, couples therapy, and family therapy sessions are $200 per session.
Accepted Insurances
We are in-network with several major insurance providers in Connecticut, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, ConnectiCare, Medicare, Medicaid, and Optum/UnitedHealthcare. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific insurance plan and benefits.
Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. For your convenience, all active clients are required to keep a valid payment method on file.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice will be charged the full session fee of $150.
Out-of-Network Options
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. We can provide a monthly 'superbill' for you to submit for potential direct reimbursement.
